As a natural product some settling may occur, so shake prior to use, then spray, and go on about your day. Focus on a particular area of concern, such as a bald spot, or a receding hairline. Or spray all over your scalp. Massage into the scalp for a minute or so. That's all there is to it.
Your aim is to saturate your scalp, not your hair. But it will get your hair wet in the process. No worries. Once dried, there might be a slight residue. If so, just brush off. For our fine-haired friends, that residue also helps hold the hair in place and give it some lift.
